To transfer a domain name from one Registrar to another the following is required by NA-NIC ?

1) Authorisation Letter
    An authorisation letter is required from the original Registrant,
    stating that transfer is allowed from one registrar to the other.

2) Authorisation email
    An authorisation email from the original Registrant,
    authorising the transfer of their domain name to the new Registrar.
